The Anteater team getting swole as gently caress is even better when you remember that they got knocked out because they weren't swole enough in the championship match.

On a rewatch, Rosehip is one of my favorite characters. She's just so happy to be traveling fast and often faster than everyone else. Too bad she doesn't interact with Leopon at all.

CommissarMega posted:Leopon would win in any event, though, assuming they have enough time to get their tank's VTOL capabilities online Well yeah, but Rosehip would put up a good fight and spill a lot of tea.

My mother's verdict on the GuP movie: It was fun but it was hard to remember which team is which sometimes.

Zettace posted:But the teams are colour coded and are marked by insignias... To us sure, but to a casual viewer they're just a bunch of green and brown tanks. It's easy enough for fans to tell the difference between Nonna's IS-2 versus the rest of Pravda's T-34/85 tanks. When there's a lot of action on screen, it gets harder. Especially in the movie compared to the series because the Oarai tanks are easy to distinguish from one another and the opposing teams usually have a unified color scheme. In the movie, the team composition means the Oarai team suddenly got a bunch of tanks that look vaguely similar to the University team's.

There's a few schools that actually give a the championship a serious go, the rest are just in it because tankery is their hobby and it wouldn't look good if their school club refused to participate.
