Tonight* marks the first anniversary of Jay Lethal defeating Jay Briscoe to capture the ROH World title at Best in the World 2015 and become a dual TV and World Champion. (*-Ok technically it was 5 days ago by calendar year)

Since then Lethal has pretty much emptied out the pool of contenders and Briscoe has been doing nothing but midcard tag team matches.

On the last PPV, Colt Cabana and Lethal tore the house down before Adam Cole joined the Bullet Club and doled out 51 superkicks. The Briscoes lost to War Machine.

Tonight, ROH rematches these two ~~because everyone else is gone and they didn't bother bringing Cabana back for a rematch after his match went to a no-contest~~ for a rematch and the stakes could not be lower.

Card:
There are currently 7 matches announced for tonight's card.

This will likely be the last ROH PPV for Roderick Strong. Mr. ROH is announced that he's leaving the company for sunnier, warmer climates. He will be facing Mark Briscoe in what will likely be a great match.

Moose also appears to be leaving the company, though his future is a bit cloudier. He tags with War Machine against Adam Cole & The Young Bucks in a 6-man Tornado match.

reDragon will be in split matches tonight, with O'Reilly against Kaimatachi (which should be excellent if you've seen any of the Kamiatachi/Dragon Lee series) and Bobby Fish looks to retain his TV championship against Dalton Castle.

Steve Corino will finally return after his lengthy absence to take on BJ Whitmer on an angle that should have died in the womb a year ago when it was at BITW '15.

and ACH takes on Silas Young

for a good 5 seconds before I realized you meant Bobby Fish.

Anyway, not terribly interested in the main event (it'd be pretty lame if they had Lethal hold the belt for a whole year just to drop it back to Briscoe, and if Lethal retains then who the hell does he fight next?), but looking forward to Fish/Castle and Kyle/Kaimatchi.
