I played this game and actually beat it despite getting lost numerous times and dealing with several bugs (though I didn't know about bugs at that age. Hell, I didn't know some games needed patches on occasion until later). I don't remember Psionics ever working in wake of the ravager, at least it never seemed to work in my game. Good luck with this.
