I'm sure this comes up so often, but what other podcasts do you listen to? I never really listened to podcasts until this last year. I subscribe to 2 Dope Queens, Bodega Boyz, and Chapto Trap House. I'm also a Grey Wolf subscriber. I tried a couple episodes of Cum Town and The Dollop but couldn't get into em. I'd love suggestions!

President Wario has the whole thing about spending 20k on locking mechanisms for Barron, and it's what I tell people to check out. Also, In the Zone Now. I've listened to it a couple times since I got into Chapo and it's just really interesting. EDIT: I'm listening to this episode again but it's just really consistent and good throughout. If you had told me that two of their best episodes were about MMA, I would have been incredulous. I think the games industry is worth looking at as an example of the worship of multi billion dollar companies, the abuse a worker will put themselves though, etc etc. It's deep capitalism. Not even touching the gaming community. Just the implications involved in making and selling video games in 2017.

I guess I’m hoping for an episode in-depth on the poo poo that led up to this. The debt crisis, the board that was put together to manage the island a la City Managers and Flint. McD’s played a hand in this through poor planning and support, and they should share blame as one of the largest companies in the world.

If he’s talking about Chapo, I started w thr post-election episode w Adam Curtis. I can’t recall how I started working my way back, but episode 56 is great, because I think that’s when they first make fun of Dan Nainan. Episode 84 “President Wario” has my favorite line, about Barron and the blister packs. At some point I said gently caress it and started listening from 1, when I caught up I became a Grey Wolf and started w Post-election there, caught up, and went back to the beginning and caught up in total. The early episodes change when they get Brendan to produce and the production values become something bearable. Considering the Grey Wolf episode hasn’t popped, I might go listen to President Wario again.
