I said this in the NJPW thread but Japan isn't letting one arrive from the US or New Zealand, & even if they were letting in people from NZ he'd have to spend 2 weeks in quarantine in NZ first. Basically, if Jay White is on a New Japan show before the end of August it'd be a bigger surprise than Dick Togo returning.
