After listening to the guy, not one of the cops has the balls to just walk up and diffuse the situation. They had to shoot someone. It's like, yeah lets nick someone's artery and leave them on the pavement in cuffs for a while. Cops these days don't got no nuts at all. It's all about their lives and no one else's.
