(this was 07) if you try to go over the limit you get held up until the window moves around to where you're under the limit again. and i still lost thousands in weeks

if i end up in a casino, i usually just find a low-value poker table to get a seat at and only lose a little money over a few hours. (maybe even win a little if i get a good hand!) when i make the mistake of penny slots, i magically lose $100 in 20 minutes with zero understanding of what happened and no enjoyment at all.

one time i really owned the casino i had summer job at in the next town over, i got a ride in everyday then I'd take the free casino bus back home and walk to my house the free casino bus also gave you up to $10 in tokens, so i'd spend 1 or 2 on the slots then cash out over the course of a month i make like $150 and got a free ride home everyday im sure they knew i was working the system, i was the youngest person on the bus by 50 years
