It's a great show which does an overarching plot really well and Gruncle Stan taps into some fundamental Uncleisms like, "I don't think your parents would want you to do that... good thing I'm your uncle!"

It's pretty good and stays solid. I'm only halfway through season 2. A lot less filler episodes than Rick and Morty. Mabel is my favorite.

Cartoons can be good. Most of them it would be bad to make porn of. Like super bad. ( I'll stop saying it when GBS stops insisting every cartoon must only be watched by children and that no adult ever can take any enjoyment out of them unless they are former TVIV mods and thus wish to defile everyone on said shows or the primary audience of them. ) Having seen tv and movies for many years I can say most adult targeted entertainment tends to be more juvenile and idiotic than much of our modern cartoon fare. Mainly because most entertainment seems to be stupid and lovely, aiming for the most viewers possible and thus it's mostly retarded poo poo for morons. And sadly most of the sophisticated stuff is mostly obsessed with huffing it's own farts as opposed to actually being good. Everything sucks pretty much.

GF is good. One of the best parts of GF is that it ends. There are 40 episodes across 2 seasons. It is similar to the X Files in that there is a monster of the week and every so often a Mythos/Plot episode. That's S1. S2 is a little more than 1/2 plot episodes. It ends in a very satisfying way. It has some of the most tense poo poo you will ever see in a childrens show. Watch GF. It's only 15 hours of your life.
