like i said before, sriracha has a specific taste and it is good for what it is good for but in other dishes with other flavor profiles there are better things to use. it's also a pretty strong flavor really so it easily overpowers stuff. tobasco is a lot better for heating things up in a lot of mediterranean dishes for example it's also subjective obv
