Buffalo has a free outdoor concert series on Thursdays during the summer, and Coolio cancelled his concert for tonight. His last-minute replacement was announced yesterday as T-Pain, and right now there's hundreds of thousands of people trying to get in, but they shut the gates saying the event was over capacity.
