 Porn gets weirder every year because weird is the only thing that sells. Once one weird fetish gets so played out on tube sites that all but the biggest perverts can find enough of it for free, companies have to move onto the next bunch of perverts to keep the cash rolling in.

I'm sure there's a few guys out there who are super addicted to gagging or interracial gangbangs or whatever and absolutely need and are willing to pay for new material, but that's not enough to keep a company afloat.
