Even as a schlubby gamer in highschool who never did sports, in PE I was like one of the only kids that as a goalie could stop those 'pro' kids that were on the soccer team's super fast power shots. Everyone else was sllllllloooooowwwww as gently caress to blocking their shots, and those soccer kids ran circles around everyone. Except me, the dorky gamer kid that fast moving fake-out dribble poo poo up close never worked on. If I didn't take the ball from them, I stopped them enough to ruin their shot and forward momentum completely. I shoulda been on defense or a goalie at soccer

i miss baseball to the point where im getting back in shape and only taking one class this semester so i can continue to get back in shape, go back full time with another bullshit major, and then play at 30 or some poo poo also fishing is not a sport it's an easy method of food harvesting

Definitely do that sooner rather than later, everything goes after 35 or so, you lose a step, can't quite make the throw from the hole, don't burst out of the box as fast as you used to and all those things add up. It's a game of milliseconds, and you'll lose them without knowing you lost them and every one you lose hurts. I agree that fishing is in no way a sport, though it is drat fun

i play baseball every sunday at 5 with a bunch of losers. we smoke and drink and the batting team pitches to itself. sometimes i accidentally leave my beer in left field. that's prolly my favorite sport to do these days.
