I write up call sheets and shot lists for my projects at work and it's kinda easy. I always just go over them twice at least to make sure I didn't forget anything.

In fact I have to write another one on Monday, yay. But yeah it gives me a little anxiety. But I'm lucky because my boss is chill about mistakes.

Goddamnit, That loving Justice League cartoon ruined The Question and John Stewart. Who had been two of DC's best, most complex characters until they were completely changed to fit a Saturday morning cartoon and that became the only version people knew about.

Please tell more about Jon Stewart! He was one of the few black heroes I never got into. What was different in comics vs JLU and such?

You should check out Green Lantern Mosaic, it's basically an examination of the character. Unfortunately since the JLU cartoon made him a Marine that got added to his backstory in the comics, and it's pretty common for comic writers to just fall back on that, rather than actually trying to write him as he was presented in Mosaic.

That all sounds incredibly interesting! Thank you very much for the recommendation. I gotta check that out.

And then I hear that they brought in Ms Martian with Sharon Leal who is GORGEOUS and instead of doing anything regarding intersectionality and giving her poo poo to do because "Feminist show!" they changed her character and tried to get her and Green Dad together. Because again, black people have date to each other, even if that person was originally supposed to be her (fake iirc?) uncle. It would even have been an opportunity to see him father someone else and maybe the girls can get jealous and they could've added more layers to all of their relationships and ugh

Yeah my only exposure to her is from Young Justice, which I haven't seen in awhile. Still hoping we get Kal'Dur in the Aquaman movie because he was my fav. 👀🙏🙏

Though I do wish she was a better realized character. Her role in season 3 was 'The Girlfriend/Schrodinger's Fridging' which was sadly better than the second and part of the first season.

Oh boy did she ever. She was harrassed via mail, Twitter, called friend of the family by "fans", harrassed at a con at least once, photoshopped in gross ways. Pretty much everything gross you imagine from the internet they did to her. And that was just in seasons 1&2. I haven't been keeping up after that

Hi I work in the entertainment industry. I am acquaintances with people in Van City who have worked on CW shows both on set and inside the network.

The CW caters hard to it's fanbases. That's how they make their money off Netflix and get exposure through fan driven projects like the recent Riverdale cover. They sure as hell aren't taking in the ratings.

I know a poo poo ton of CW gossip, including about the actors.

There were a lot of a big changes during the move from CBS to the CW.
