It's been mostly on the bullpen and walking guys at real in opportune times, which gives the losses in 1-run games. (The SP haven't been too bad, just a staff of mostly young guys) They're still a pretty young team and this was the bridge year to 2017. Better to have a lovely record in those games with a team "rebuilding" than a championship level team. These guys will learn from this year and be ready to handle those situations going forward when they will be a contending team. It's just like the 2005/2006 seasons going into 2007.

The Rockies are the only team with a positive run differential and a sub .500 record.

Greinke gave up 8 runs and 5 dingers in his return to Dodger Stadium today. I'm becoming more and more convinced he's a brilliant Dodgers double agent. He fleeced a division rival for money, and is now tanking his value and in particular giving up runs to the Dodgers. Before long he will return to the LA, with Arizona eating a bunch of his contract. Then he will miraculously find his groove again.

the Dbacks getting Greinke and Miller reminds me what Colorado did when signing Hampton/Neagle in 2000.

It set the Rockies back for just over five years.

In this scenario which one gets caught with the hooker?
Greinke.

I also know that Neagle rented out a house like 30 miles away from his family's home where he often had parties with lots of coke and strippers.

have teams made most of their expected September callups?

Because you know what that means:

We could be less than 2 years away from having someone born in the 2000's playing in the majors. :corsair:

Something called a Greg Reynolds was selected before Kershaw in 2006, most recently playing for the Saitama Seibu Lions of course. He's been a free agent for a few years now.

In conclusion, gently caress Dan Odowd with a heated rusty iron poker.
