IMO the major misstep with Phoenix getting disbarred is that, unless I'm mistaken, it happens maybe a couple of months after 3-5. The least they could have done was to space it out 2-3 years to have Phoenix have even more of that seasoned feel, maybe even using more of the smug sprite against Klavier before dropping the hammer.

I wonder how many people had heard the Doyle estate might be leery of using the Holmes name, and immediately thought "no biggie, just introduce entirely original character Herlock Sholmes." I know I thought it, and I saw at least three unrelated posts suggesting the same. When you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, however obvious, must be the truth.

Sherlock Holmes might be a fictional literary character in that universe just like he is in ours. Maybe it's parodying Herlock Sholmes, the guy that actually existed! e: That Lisa Mc.Rad tweet put it even better. Anyways excellent news all around. These games deserve an international release.
