Doctoring up tuna is awesome. I like finely chopped apple with some chopped walnuts, with some curry powder mixed in as well. Gotta lightly toast that bread too, imo.

I did this with hot sauce and Swiss cheese for most of my college days. I really enjoy making salmon cakes with the canned salmon, some bread crumbs an egg and some capers among other nice spices, never tried it with tuna but I would
