If you're using it as a 5 color mana rock, you're not gonna get very far with it. Its important that it steals EVERY mana ability So you can generate mana without tapping it:  Then tap it for alot of mana:   While it also gives you free mana:  Some mana abilities have beneficial riders:    or gently caress it, just go infinite:  There's alot of pitfalls tho. Alot of mana abilities refer to the card by its own name, and while we'd copy those abilities, I don't think stuff like this could be used:  So it would probably be confusing as hell. I don't have any clue if its actually worth bothering exiling stuff and also killing yourself to get it. E: actually braid of fire isn't a Mana ability, it's a cost!
