The ones you put in your eyes and forget about for a month are way better. Minimises finger in eye time significantly. The only problem is I've completely lost sensation in my eyes and I have very long eyelashes, so every now and then I go fishing in my eye and find dozens of eyelashes all gunked up as if my eye was trying to digest them.
