The thing I thought was most interesting is they were all totally fine with using bacon or pancetta instead of guanciale. gently caress garlic or parsley, but eh, if you can't find pig face we forgive you.

That right there is why I always recommend butter chicken as a first exposure to Indian food for timid eaters. If your westernized palate can't adore murgh makhni, just accept that enjoying food isn't for you and turn your life to other pursuits.
