The next time I make tonkatsu maybe'll I'll slop a scoop of macaroni salad on the plate to give it a hawaiian twist. thanks for the inspiration guys! e: do you guys use bulldog sauce on it, or some other kind of sauce?

Pretty much, just pour on your favorite brand of tonkatsu sauce.
