It follows the story of frustrated teenage doujin game developers who have no idea what they're doing, including a scenario writer who's ashamed of her embarrassing self-insert story, a composer with a lack of spatial awareness who spends all day getting frustrated at her compositions, and a programmer who has no idea how to talk to human beings, as well as the main character's friend, an artist obsessed with BL.  Why should I watch this show? The first episode isn't amazing since it's mostly set-up, but episode 2 is out and I thought it was funny enough to make me a fan! This show is such a sleeper hit. It looks really unassuming and at first glance you'd think it's just trying to follow New Game!'s footsteps but even just the first episode draws you in. I can really relate to their struggle as an artist, like being embarrassed of your own work or worrying about finding your own style. Also the jokes are complete knockouts and they come out of nowhere, I love it.
