The last Judas Priest's album was incredibly, saddeningly disappointing. And I bought limited edition of Nostradamus, and mostly enjoyed it. White people (especially Europeans, double so Slavs) performing reggae is the funniest thing ever.

Trip Hop is still cool and good despite the fact that it is no longer 1995. Ice-T was better than N.W.A. and Boyz-n-the-Hood was a ripoff of 6 in the Mornin'. Ghost is a blatant and lovely Mercyful Fate knockoff. The Process is a cool and good Skinny Puppy album and miles ahead of anything they have released since.

Ringo didn't have a terrible singing voice. His songs were unique. Neutral Milk Hotel were a better grunge band than Nirvana and they didn't even want to be. Nirvana in general were just bad. The Melvins were a million times better and still are. Nobody likes black metal. People who say they so are hoping it makes them interesting. It doesn't.

City and Colour, Iron and Wine, Josh Garrels, Elliot Smith, Francis Leftwich, Angus and Julia Stone, Blind Pilot, Damien Jurado, Gregory Isakov, Milk Carton Kids, and Neil Young to name a few. I said Neil Young because most people my age don't really listen to them. I guess the others are melodic singing/guitar harmonization. It's depressing to talk to people where I live about music because they don't know any of the stuff above, just the current poo poo that plays on the radio. Oh, saw Plain White T's in concert. While I'm not really a huge fan of their music, they put on a hell of a show.
