hello my yosfriends i am happy to participate again this year  past Satnees: 2015: Jimmy Carter (also i did a bonus sned to HAIL eSATA-n b/c his santa was a turd last year) 2014: HAIL eSATA-n here are some suggestions for my secret santa: - i have two cats. please feel free to send cat toys, cat treats, or the most irresistible scratching post devised by man - please feel free to send a clever t-shirt in size XL. - i would greatly enjoy foodstuffs, beverages, or other locally-produced items from where you live, especially if you are not an american. the macadamias that Stereotype sent last year were loving amazing -- that said i am a terrible goonlord who does not enjoy beer or coffee. liquor's fine. - i got my first smartphone ever this year. it is an lg nexus 5x. i already have a case for it, but if you know of any sw8 accessories or usb-c gadgets, maybe that would be cool EDIT: i'm also cool with surprises. please don't feel terribly constrained, these are just suggestions. please enjoy this picture of my cats. thanks and "god bless",

i like coffee, tea, dumb nerd stuff, and I've wanted some kind of arduino / rasp pi setup for a long time but i've never bothered to get it. some kind of decent hoodie would be cool too, xxl because I'm a big dude. also I love to cook, so any useful and/or gimmicky cooking things would be well used and appreciated. also have 2 dogs and a 1.5 year old daughter. god bless. In. 2015, 2014. I don't have too much room for books atm (college dorm room), but I like science fiction books and can pirate most books, so maybe save money on a book and send me a list of books you really liked? I like old and weird electronics, computers, radios, cameras, and so on. It is known that I like corgis but sending me an entire box of corgi-related merchandise might be too much (though the shirt jwoven had made for me last year still fuckin' owns). Art is neat if you make a art. Maybe send a liquor or low ibu beer because my alcohol experience extends to liking north coast scrimshaw pilsner and having had like 2 shots of fireball and 1 of garbage white rum and being a total lightweight. also no meat please i cannot eat it (don't send Old Monk rum tho because my brother brought a bottle of that from india for me and i still have to go get it from him) T-shirt size: medium Pets: none, sadly. Stuff I'd like to see: cool local stuff, handmade stuff, gifts from the heart. I like "vintage" computer stuff. I have a Sega Dreamcast. Cheesy 80s/90s action flicks on blu ray. Alcohol OK I don't have any pets. I also already have all the red panda merchandise I can stand. I don't really wear t-shirts

hi, eschaton here, let's do this 2015 was my first YOSMAS, I sent OSI Bean Dip some books, some knickknacks, a Lisp Machine on a Stick, and the keyboard used to write Spectre Supreme, and Siljmonster sent me some great loot and our two cats loved the boxes and packing material I like old tech stuff and progressivism and new wave sci-fi (John Brunner et al) and booze and art and stuff for the cats, and despite being old tech stuff myself still live in the SF Bay Area this year I already have something special to send another very specific goon, but I'm happy to do that separate from otherwise doing YOSMAS for whoever I win in the Secret Santa Lottery
