You should use a brush with varying line width, or at least use different stroke sizes on the different parts of her face. Also that purple and green are really saturated, like they look like mspaint swatches

how much structural drawing do you do before you flesh out the torso/limbs? there are some glaring issues woth her that you could probably avoid if you did that more.

Yeah - it was a loose sketch of a dancer I embellished later. I realize how bad the pose is.

Umm. Another daily which has some serious anatomy issues.

I didn't mean to make the horse look quite so worried, but anyway, have a horse.

I think I've fallen in love with the biro; last year I wouldn't have given up a pencil for love nor money since I wanted to erase and tidy up every last thing, but since working with nothing but a regular-rear end ink pen for a while, pencils just feel wrong in my hand now.

I really need to clean some of these up. I think they'd look a lot better afterwords. But this one took maybe about 45 minutes before I had to go to work, so no luck. Maybe I'll revisit them later on.

Thanks! It was pretty fun to draw. These vehicles are a struggle for me, which is why I'm doing them. I'm not sure of the time for this one, but it was definitely over an hour. I'd like to go back and clean these up at some point.

Do you guys have some kind of matte screen protector for the pro? Because I find it really slippery and I have a kinda weird time drawing on it out of the box; I can't find anything locally that would make it feel like paper.

Two 30m studies:

Horizontal / lying down figures are the hardest for me, because it's easy to get the proportions wrong. But I think I'm getting better, and this one actually turned out pretty well.

Don't care for this one too much because of the odd forced perspective and position. I guess it came out okay considering, and there are some parts that I think turned out alright.
