https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKnVaDwUg5s So a couple of you have probably already picked up on this, but I've been pretty distant lately. Truth is I've been busy, though the good kind of busy. New work, opportunities, that sort of thing. Anime's typically been a downtime activity for me, so the busier I get the less time I have for it, or for posting. While this is just a transistional phase, all the same, I feel like you guys need a mod who'll be there for you, who can respond to problems immediately, and these past two months that just hasn't been me, nor is it likely to be me in the near future. All this to say I'm officially tendering my resignation. As of this weekend, I'll no longer be mod. It's been a pretty short year with all its ups and downs. Following two mods with radically different attitudes towards running the place, I tried to reach a kind of equilibrium between relaxed and orderly, and I'd like to think I mostly succeeded, left this board better than I found it, but that's probably not for me to decide. In any case, it's been a pleasure knowing and posting with most of you, and I hope you'll all work with my replacement (Matoi), rather than against him, to maintain this board as one of the better communities on this site.
