They overdid it on the heavy-feeling animations for everything and made significant sacrifices on the cover system and camera control. There is a literal 500ms delay between moving the joystick and seeing the camera turn. It's not good enough. It also takes forever to get anywhere, so much so that I rarely go around exploring.
