Add the name of the game so we don't get a hundred "what's the name of the game?" posts.
Maybe add some context if needed.

Have you ever played Shadow of Mordor on PC? That game had something similar, where you could press a button and the game would "freeze frame" and then you could take a picture however you want, putting you in the role of some kind of noclip ghost cameraman. Nvidia Ansel is similar to that, but goes further as you can force the pictures to be rendered on a higher resolution. For example that picture is 3840x2160, while I played on 1980x1280, so the picture looks even better than my game.

It's a really cool feature and it's on like, 4(?) games and one of them is The Witcher 3 (which I just learned about). If you have a supported Nvidia card, and have the GeForce Experience running and have Shadowplay and all that stuff just try pressing ALT + F2 while in-game.

Don't forget to play Republic Commando while you're at it, it's still fun as hell. Also I loved Bounty Hunter on PS1 although it was a flawed game.

I'm flattered that you guys think it's thread-worthy, I do have concerns about if there's enough content though. Tonight was pretty dry in the wacky houses department, for example. I don't want people to rush out and buy a game they ultimately get no enjoyment from. There is also the fact that the houses are indeed unmoderated and thus you could conceivably find, you know, anything. Usually it's just lots of furry porn or racist garbage but who knows. I don't think I've seen anything straight up illegal yet but I've seen some pretty gross unfunny poo poo like presumably unironic "kill the gays" rooms with gore images and of course tons of implied-underage anime pictures.

If we all think these concerns are non-dealbreakers then I suppose we can give it a shot. You can of course always just not go to the user hosted houses and just enjoy the minigames (although you're gonna get racists in the chat almost everywhere most likely).

I honestly have no problem with any of this. Maybe let's drop encouraging people to buy the game - if somebody does it it's their own responsibility. But I still think a thread with your screenshot stories (even if you repost the previous ones) would be great.

RDR2 is loving amazing, one of the best games ever made. The attention to detail and different gameplay permutations with custom dialogue for a lot of seemingly random player actions is quite insane. It also looks stunning.
