My car battery died when I stopped at Costco for that sweet sweet $1.99 gas. One of the guys from the tire center very nicely came out and jumped my car. Probably should have bought a new battery there, but I didn't have tools with me so I would have needed another jump to get home.

That's my story. I feel it would encapsulate the Costco experience if I had gotten a juicy dog.

The Kirkland craft beer case in northern VA is decent enough that if I'm looking for beer but don't want to spend a lot I'll get it. 19.99 for 24 beers is my idea of a deal and prevents me from being peeved if someone snags some without asking.

Current pack here is an APA, IPA, porter, and brown ale. The IPA is not super hoppy and definitely easy to drink while still feeling like it's got a recognizable flavor.

If you do the Nitrogen filled thing you are only ever supposed to top off with Nitrogen which means you can only do it at certain places. Using regular air once ruins the whole Nitrogen thing as it adds water vapor back into the sealed environment.

That is not to say you shouldn't do it just don't pay extra for it unless you can be sure you will only ever top it off with more Nitrogen.

I was concerned about this but the guy said it would be fine if I need to top with air and that I just should tell them next time I came in so they could fully replace with nitrogen.

Why does it have so many carbs? I compared the other pizzas on the shelf, and the cauliflower crust still had something like 80% of the carbs of the regular crust pizzas.

Iirc they use tapioca starch and rice flour to bind the cauliflower so the crust is just one big carb disc. It's healthier than a regular pizza but not, like, really healthy or anything.

Yeah, I was disappointed when they phased out the regular Kirkland salsa in favor of the organic version. For some awful reason the organic one has added sugar while the regular stuff did not. It's just pricier and worse now than when it was nonorganic.
