We use the return policy as a safe way of trying new products/brands which is probably half the point of it. One time we decided to give a new brand of long-life milk a try but it tasted like absolute butts (even more than other brands) so we returned it.

Also we bought the wrong kind of laundry powder once but thankfully Costco forgives us our mistakes!
