A long time ago when I worked at a deli, the common knowledge was the cup, straw, lid, etc cost more than the soda output. A long time ago, 15 years, it was about .25 for the cup and .07 for soda.

I got a TV from Costco three weeks ago- the delivery company will set it on your porch or in your garage but not come inside the house.
