Utz is typically solid, but I haven’t tried their pork skins before. Do any Costcos have mid tier gas or do they all do the low/high thing? My car takes mid grade so I usually get the premium when stoping by, but I don’t think I’m really getting any savings benefits vs going to a regular place.

Sup 17 Sport bro. I was looking for some summer tires to put on mine, but I think Tire rack may have CC beat. The pricing seems ok, but the brands they carry had so so reviews.

Taima posted:Dude. Yes. The 2017 sport GTI was the best drat car for the money I've ever purchased or probably even seen in my lifetime. Too bad they got rid of it immediately after only one glorious model-year, it was too awesome for this life. Gotta go fast/extend the life of my all seasons/rimzzzzz son/the hot hatch thread said to. I’m thinking about putting a stage one tune in the thing once it’s off warranty because let’s just do the drat thing.

So what’s the over under on how long it will be until CA Costco starts selling weed?

We had a location open up the road from us yesterday. I drove by around 10AM on some other errands and the entire parking lot was slam full with folks. Cops were directing traffic and there was a line out the door. There isn’t another location in about a 45 minute’s drive, but it’s a bit surprising to see people going nuts about this so much. Hopefully it will die down a bit soon so I can actually use the location.

How often does Costco rotate its inventory? I could have sworn they used to carry the exact brand of flea/tick and heartworm pills for our pup, but that doesn't appear to be the case anymore.

Has anyone seen moon cakes are their Costco? The wife seems convinced that they cary them in some locations but I’ve been unable to find any.

We’re east coast, but thanks. Do you recall the name they were using? I haven’t had much luck pulling anything up in the app.

DeadFatDuckFat posted:Jesus, do you really want that many mooncakes? Even if you're buying them for an event or something, so few people actually like eating them. They're one of the most thrown away holiday foods iirc. The Mrs. wants some to eat and/or give to other folks from her neck of the woods around here and we don’t really want to drive the 2 hours to the Asian market if at all possible.

DeadFatDuckFat posted:Its been years since I've had it but I know posters in this thread have been pretty down on it. No doubt that I'll still eat whatever comes out of the oven though. People also like the Chicken Bake. These people can't be trusted.

I used to work at a major home improvement corporation that had a similar policy for its corporate folks for time off. It was a pain in the rear end but I believe it’s fairly standard practice to help prevent animosity building towards corporate from the folks on the front lines.

Looking forward to the rash in bidet purchases as TP availability tanks.

That's an interesting spelling of "hazard pay".

We need to talk about your diet bud. Have you tried hooking your line in to a bottle of Mean Green or the like? It'll likely kill ya, but that sphincter is gonna shine.

Is there a way to search local store inventory on the website? I’d prefer to not have to wait a week for a dehumidifier to get shipped if there is one readily available down the road. I wouldn’t mind just doing a looking, but Rona and whatnot.

tangy yet delightful posted:someone sell me a chest freezer this pandemic poo poo is bullshit!! I feel your pain. The wife and I were trying to find one and more or less literally walked into one at Lowe’s and snagged it. If you can I’d make a routine of calling the local hardware big boxes mid morning every day and asking if they have any in stock. Their omnichanel stuff is getting better but Joe down at the store is going to know if they have someone coming off a truck faster than the website will. Plus I want to say that larger appliances aren’t really tracked in the system, but they could have improved the backend for that since I worked on it.

We’ve picked up a few of the Kirkland Lemonade bottles for storage during ‘Rona and drat if they just aren’t good. I’m going to have to go load up on Publix lemonade instead and find a way to freeze those suckers. They are shelf stable though, I’ll give them that much.

bird with big dick posted:What should I make with my Costco crab I was going to make seafood chowder but then my gf pointed out that a heavy rear end chowder is maybe not the best when it’s 95 degrees out. OP are you taking care to pronounce chowder in an imitation JFK voice as loudly and as often as possible? This is critical for proper enjoyment of the soup and should not be overlooked in any recipe. The same applies for crab cakes, but to a lesser extent.
