Costco in my area has Rao's Marinara Sauce and it is the bomb dot com. I recommend picking up a jar and eating it by yourself with a spoon.

I'm headed to Costco around lunchtime today to pick up some groceries.

Do they have anything I can get for lunch if I only have $1.50?

Walmart increased the cost of my sadbrain meds and I am sick of having to discuss the finer points of rx discount cards with a dead-eyed Walmart tech for 20 minutes before they get smug and roll their eyes and say "let me ask mah supervisor," only to find out I was actually in the right because they couldn't enter in a string of characters.

Costco apparently has their own in house rx discount program for free with membership, and sells that poo poo for such a low price that it pretty much pays for my membership with one refill, plus I never enter a Walmart that is bad even by Walmart standards.

All this plus pizza and soda and gas at excellent prices. I bought a Groupon and will be getting $20 in church bux and a free pizza and a free box of paper towels. Praise be.

Watched one guy take the last kettle corn megabag and the next few shoppers stand there agape at the concept that the cardboard center was empty, that it could be gone at all. If there's an asterisk on the price sign it means it's going away. At the 'co there's ways to know.

They're good quality, cheaper than buying them at an optometrist and I've always had great experiences getting them adjusted. If you buy glasses at Costco and let your membership lapse (heathen) you can still go in if you just need to get them adjusted/fixed.

Don't buy things that will spoil before you will use it all. That is just common sense. If your family will eat a whole bag of apples in a week then it can be a good buy. If you live alone and eat 1 or 2 maybe don't buy the huge bag and get a couple single apples at a regular store.

If anyone's Costco stocks the 3 pack of Craigellachie 13, Aberfeldy 12, and Dewar 12, they reduced it in price and put a huge $30 coupon on it.

It's now $69.99 for the 3 bottles, and they come in a humidor if you care. But it's about half price for the set overall. A total bargain.

I'm sorry friend, I actually looked into doing this for you and it appears to be 100% illegal to do so unless you have a license. I'm not even sure it would end up being a great deal, because the humidor is wood and adds a fair bit of weight.

I actually talked to the alcohol specialist at our Costco about this when I bought it. They reduced the price on the set nationally, it's not a one-off for our store (central CA). Apparently it was due to low demand. I guess people don't know good booze. Best of luck to you, as it does seem to be a pretty wide distribution.
