One thing though, it's recommended to put it in the fridge if you don't eat it all within 3 days. Being goons that shouldn't be a problem, but I live alone and a pound of meat is a lot for me. My pound of meat never seems to satisfy Pennywise  ... speaking of which I should renew my Costco membership.
