You can also use the bagged whey mix, though that likely needs a premix with some milk or water before dumping coffee into it, unless you love lumps.

Protein bar + protein coffee should serve ya fine in the morning. Make a little cup of Coach's Oats to really fill you up if youre not carb sensitive

Speaking of carbs: Chipotle black bean burgers. Darn good.

Is Costco optinum whey much cheaper than body building? I've been going there for years since we're near their warehouse and it's basically next day shipping regardless of how much I pay.

My wife sometimes buys clothes in two different sizes for me when work keeps me from worshipping along side her. We then return the size that doesn't fit. Their jeans make good work pants since I tend to ruin jeans at work via acid or base.

Also, praise be! They brought back the frozen cooked chicken patties. Those are great for work lunch when I don't feel like cooking beforehand.

There's also Kirkland Light for when you just want to get drunk.

People are loving pissed about potential traffic increases too, as the roads around it are pretty hosed already and they are basically just adding dedicated turn lanes for the store.

People were livid about the new one slated for development near these parts too. Even after Costco (pbu) said they'll foot the bill for widening the two arterials it's built. Piss off NIMBYs. You just moved here too and we all know it because the whole area was farmland three years ago.

Ours has boxes of just peanut butter. They're solid tasty but I'm in love with peanut butter. Haven't tried the cinnamon roll. Other box is solid too.

Re: CO2 chat

There is zero difference between “food grade” and welding / sporting CO2. Companies like Praxair, Linde, Airgas, etc all produce 100% pure CO2 just bottle it in different sizes and packages to fit customer demand. I homebrew and have a kegerator and get my CO2 tanks filled at a local welding supply store. The only gassed that get adulterated are gasses like nitrous oxide could potentially be abused recreationally, and even then they just add a compound that stinks and makes it unpleasant to breathe.

The only challenge is getting the correct hook ups. Pressurized gases will gently caress poo poo up.
