I've gotten them a few times and they're great but I think I personally prefer a complete ribeye steak with the eye intact... which my Costco stopped stocking in favor of splitting the cap and the eye  Gotta buy one of those huge fuckoff bone-in ribeye steaks or the full ribeye roast now for a complete ribeye steak.

We also have their premade whitefish salad (which I haven't tried). I wonder how much demand there actually is for it around here in the SF Bay Area, though. Definitely thought it was more of a NYC thing.

The Costco I went to yesterday had straight up whole jamón iberico (not serrano) legs for $550. That poo poo is at least like 80 dollars a pound anywhere else
