My faith in the church has been shaken, friends. I was out of protein powder, and the 'co had a big ol' tub on sale. This kind:![]() How bad could it be? It's loving disgusting. And instead of being white like most vanilla protein powder comes out, it was an incredibly unsettling shade of baby-poop green once I added my almond milk. Hit up to Co today, and they were selling 1L bottles of peri-peri sauce for $5. I love that stuff, so it was a good day. We couldn't find those frozen French onion soups though. Are they only available during certain months?

I go through that stuff fast when I have some around. The XX-tra hot is a fav. I'd buy the little bottles at Whole Foods, which were p much the same price as the giant 1L bottle; XXtra hot and the garlic one were fantastic. I'm honestly kind of bamboozled learning they're a chain restaurant; I just assumed it was just the brand name of the sauce.

We swung by the co today, mostly because we needed Lysol wipes, and they had the cinnamon roll pull-apart bread in the bakery. It looked amazing, but there's no way I'd be able to eat the entire thing on my own (I mean, I'm sure I could, but I'm trying to watch my diet, so 12 servings of cinnamon rolls is a no-go). We got mangoes and bag of Normandy blend, which is pretty much the opposite.

Not exactly a 'bakery' item, but we bought an 8-pack of creme brûlée once; they're all in individual pots and keep for a while in the fridge, so it's not like 'oh lord oh lord, I have to eat a third of this tonight before it goes bad!'
