The sad fact is about half of all the cool rivalries have been rendered inactive due to conference realignment. NC State's uniforms look identical to Houston's and North Carolina's are almost identical to Memphis. If you are flipping back and forth between games like me, it can get confusing

I sure hope the Nebraska football Huskers beat Iowa today. I'm still not a huge fan of manufactured rivalries, but someday maybe Iowa and Nebraska will have their heads out of their asses at the same time and this game will mean something. Either way, both teams are true HEROES
