Jambalaya Blog: Yum. Overcooked rice a bit. Yellow peppers are a waste, you don't see them. Sunk Cost Gastro-y. Green onions are better garnish than parsley. A couple more hits of hot sauce next time. IGN 8/10.

Additionally, a few buddies are having a chili "contest". More of a show-off. But I thought this year I'd try to make something crazy... Chicago Dog Chili Meat base: Ground Beef Meat accent: Chopped Vienna or Hebrew National Hotdogs. (Hebrew probably because Vienna is impossible to find down here) Aromatics: Onion, Sport Peppers (and Garlic?) Sauce: Standard Tomato Diced/Sauce/Paste Spice: Celery Salt, Pepper, Poppy Seeds, Mustard Powder Serving Accent: Fresh Chopped Onion, Dollop of Neon Relsih and Half Pickle Spear The jist is to somewhat recreate the salty-sweet-savory sensation of a proper Chicago Dog in chili form. So cooking know-hows, the thing I'm wondering about is how to use the Mustard Powder. Or would it be better to measure out squeeze Mustard and put in along with the tomatoes?

GENTLEMEN... I have a hole in my research. Someone long ago did a breakdown of the Restoration Hardware and other furniture at the LA office. Stuff like the airplane wing desk, the weirdass lamp Chris has, the work tables the trench coders use, and the oversized maxi pad coffee tables. I would appreciate that information.

It takes an immense amount of effort for someone to get outside of their perspective and see Star Citizen for what it is, as opposed to what people want it to be. Accepting that CIG has failed, that after nearly six years of development they have nothing close to what they should, also means that you need to accept that you as a backer have failed. You made a mistake and have wasted all of that time, effort, and (if you can't get a refund) money encouraging the ego of a narcissistic "visionary" who lacks the competence and professionalism to actually deliver on his marketing. You have to accept that you look like an idiot, and a lot of people would rather maintain the delusion than accept that. It's one of the ways that scammers maintain their scam. And remember, I was a big enabler back then too.
