Disney's deal is for the movie division, FX and regional sports networks. FOX, FOX News, FS1 and FS2 aren't part of the Disney deal. But yes, they would incur the wrath of FOX proper by doing that and could risk losing affiliations if they were dumb enough to carry that out.
