Have you ever heard a song on the radio and been like 'man, I need to get that album!' and you find out that it's never been given a proper release since the 80's? I've got one of those: Big Audio Dynamite. The Mick Jones-led band that wasn't the Clash played a big role in alternative rock in the mid-80's to early 90's, yet apart from a Legacy Edition of their debut album their catalogue is presented as plain it was originally.
