I'm not big into podcasts, but I've listened a little bit to Colt Cabana's. Here's what I picked up in like six episodes from last year: - he's a pretty engaging dude - he has experience in the industry so other guys trust him and open up - he still travels the indies so he's not asking people to fly 1000 miles just to talk to him - he has some sort of established listener base so guests don't feel like they're wasting their time You are asking us to take you at your word that you fulfill exactly one of these things. BTW, I would like to be a professional Hearthstone streamer. I stream on Twitch 2-3x a week starting at 11pm and get drunk while playing terribly and listening to mostly 90's alt-rock. Both of our dreams are equally likely.

" E: Our most famous local talent was Bryan Danielson, who immediately left the state to pursue a real career on the indies.

I did a little searching and found out that Kevin Nash still gets like four grand for a wrestling appearance so think that plus paying for his flight from Florida and hotel. If you can figure out some type of angle that traditional shoots or Kayfabe Commentary hasn't covered yet, that would significantly improve your chances at making your money back.

You're thinking of WCWC who are actually pretty good, their big problem is how much they book Stryker. Not the best indie but they have some fun gimmicks They're in Salem but the two up in Portland are rear end awful. As I said above the "good" indie left for Salem because Portland has similarly bad wrestling laws. The NWA affiliate that runs out of PDX is legit some of the worst wrestling I've ever seen on tape.

My suggestion is that you start with DDP since he's always hustling hard for his workout/diet/lifestyle program. If he says no, you'll never get anyone or anything worthwhile so you can maybe do something else with your time and money.

Uh, don't? Everything you've laid out just sounds like this is completely the wrong direction to go. Wrestling-wise you're in the middle of nowhere, you have no name in the industry aside from being that guy goons ragged on for liking TNA waaaaay back when and you have no clue on what to ask a wrestler if you get them to even agree to do a shoot interview. If you continue down this road, you're going to end up making a substandard shoot where the wrestler is likely going to be confrontational and unwilling to answer your Qs because A. you didn't do your homework and don't know poo poo and/or B. they don't know you at all and just see you as a quick easy payday. You'd be out several thousand without anything substantial produced. But like, if asking Kevin Nash "how big is Batista's dick" is a part of your bucket list by all means go for it.

He'd still have to execute it right though and this thread doesn't really instill confidence.
