I picked Eldar mainly because I didn't want to play as marines and the horror stories I had heard about lag meant I didn't think melee was all that good, so orks were out. Only to find out stuff like melta weaponry was rear end and the only good grenades were plasma. But then I got that weird artillery launcher for my Reaper and all is right with the world.
