Cain starts in Command unless anyone else can only start in command, then she starts in Pegasus CIC.

There's only one pilot anywhere on anyone's list, and it's third on the list of the player first in turn order. Why do I ever bother voluntarily choosing pilot? :P ##Ask Mrs. Podima what pilot I should play, opening draw whatever non-PIL cards they draw (if this is ambiguous, the first three non-PIL cards listed in their draw in the OP; for example, Starbuck's draw is listed as "TAC/2, PIL/2, LEA/ENG/1", so that would pick 2 TAC 1 LEA)

I'll just start by ##move to Command
# ? Dec 27, 2016 06:36 |
I feel like I should follow around Hoshi to feed him useless cards to in turn feed to his ability/pad his drawback. Generally speaking, is this a decent idea? Is there a huge risk of accidentally empowering a Cylon? My ability is relatively location-independent.
# ? Dec 27, 2016 06:43 |
I'm going to hang out in a rather specific set of locations, fyi. But that may be helpful for leadership cards since I'll be burning through things as I use them. I can XO pmush now or do a double command. Thoughts? (I have played this a little but not a whole lot and not with all the expansions, do the needful.)
# ? Dec 27, 2016 06:58 |
I'd rather wait to draw more cards before I activate, I don't have much I want to give away right now, an XO might be better used later. I imagine most of my actual actions are going to be spent on Skill Cards, since POL/LEA feels pretty action-heavy with the current set of rules, and not being President means I don't have to spend much time in the POL-ing places. () It's also been over a year since I played, though, so

Good Point ##command Move Echo Viper to Delta Launch Viper to Echo
# ? Dec 27, 2016 07:12 |

Also, as a thought, it should be relatively safe loyalty-checking? A soft-check where you can tell if I'm dumping TRE on you or something, and I can tell if you're holding onto cards a human would probably ditch.
# ? Dec 27, 2016 07:18 |
Remind me on the rules for that?
# ? Dec 27, 2016 07:19 |
I'm assuming the answer is yes but I forget how that works.
# ? Dec 27, 2016 07:19 |
As far as I can remember, about half the TRE cards give you Mutiny if you discard them, so if I wanted to slowly sabotage you, I would dump those cards on you, clogging your hand and making you either discard them, or your good cards. On the flip side, if I give you, say, a Consolidate Power, and you discard an Investigative Committee, I know something's up. I don't think it'd be quite that blatant, but the concept is sound. If neither of us acts suspicious of the other, then it's very very likely that either we're both human, or we're both pre-sleeper Cylons. TL;DR: I think, but do not know for certain, that this tactic is pretty pro-human for a lot of reasons, both in enabling actions, and in allowing us to keep an eye on each other's loyalties.
