I just finished watching Season 1 of Hidamari Sketch. Its fitting that I watched it after Madoka Magica because they share the same character designer. I didn't realize this until I watched a couple episodes. The well-animated Principal in the first OVA was amusing. Miya is my favorite character so far.

I'm just sad that I can't find the manga anywhere, ever. (Ume Aoki is the character designer for Madoka, but for Hidamari she wrote and drew the whole thing, incidentally.)

I only got to play a bit of Silent Hill 2 last night but the aesthetics seem strong. Also I find something darkly amusing about the IMDb page for the game (Inaccurately from what I can find) saying it was released in America on 9/11/2001.
