That's why people are selling used PS4s with PT on them for thousands of dollars. Someone figured out how to do it with a proxy awhile back: http://wololo.net/2016/04/10/how-to-redownload-p-t-silent-hills/ Works as of Feb. 15th if the comments can be believed.
