Hey, this is a bit of a long shot, but I'm fairly sure I heard about it through this thread, and if not, there's collectively a good bit of knowledge in here. Someone mentioned a negotiation strategy/system that described the two sides as red and blue. Among other things, it argued that if one side has no interest in compromise, that it would win every single negotiation against a side that continued to try to compromise.

Googling isn't bringing up anything relevant, anyone know what I'm talking about? It's a fairly straightforward concept to me, but in a sea of 'well, look, just because the Republicans stole the SCOTUS seat doesn't mean we should stoop to their level', I'd like to be able to reference it.

That was a post by the rattle in one of the genchat threads, look up his posts.

The Ring is a fun campfire movie that holds up and is also one of the only films set in Seattle to actually have scenes filmed in the city so props to them for that.

When we moved back from Seattle, my girlfriend and I would watch Ten Things I Hate About You because it also was filmed in Seattle. Good to know about another one and now I have an excuse to make her watch a scary movie.

Fine, I'll post it.

My girlfriend watches this show. It is basically non stop miserable porn. No matter how good it seems like its going to end up, there's always something.

That Vice article got me thinking, if they did write a more in depth article, what is the biggest story to come out of each sub forum. What was CD's biggest or most newsworthy thing. For example, to toot my own horn, I would say for or sports forum, maybe the Chris Henry fake twitter thing I did like, 6 years ago. That was pretty big. Any other examples?
