Although United posted record revenues of £513m this year, the repercussions of Brexit - noticeably on the sterling exchange rate - added to an increase in its debt.

Nothing has changed, save for the value of the pound. The debt isn't bigger than revenue, nor than the value of the club. Most large corporations leverage debt against revenue which is fine so long as the debt is serviceable. There's tax repercussions to consider as well.

But hahaha right.

The debt under Moyes and LVG had to go.

This debt just needs more time.

People were definitely talking up Fellaini around the time he moved to United, but no one was going so far as to say he was one of the best midfielders in Europe.

Wasnt Fellaini being linked with Arsenal a bunch before we signed him?

He had a bunch of fans but nobody called him the best midfielder around

I'm sure someone linked him, but I don't remember there ever being anything that looked convincing.

Last time I've ever paid much attention to pre season, let me tell ya

Fellaini obviously didn't turn out as I hoped, but he did spend much of his time at United being completely misused. The blunder at Everton aside, he's been solid under Mourinho and was unplayable in spells when LvG figured out what to do with him at the tail end of his first season in charge.

Happy he got an extension, not sure who else we'd get to be an option off the bench/occasional starter that also offers a plan B.

Chelsea fans, can you confirm or debunk this story?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2017/01/13/chelsea-striker-diego-costa-dropped-following-training-ground/

Costa might be feuding with Conte a bit.

They'll most likely still win against Leicester.
