MRAZZLE DAZZLE

Song Title:The Start of Your Journey
Artist: Vargatron
URL: https://soundcloud.com/user-260658691/the-start-of-your-journey-wip-mix/s-z9af3
Genre: Electronic/Video Game Music
Song length: 2:30

This is my first composition I've produced. I'm looking for some advice on Mixing/EQ as well as the general flow of the track. I've had some friends suggest I put in some sidechaining on the Drum/Bass tracks to let the drums punch through a bit more, but I'm pretty new to working in Cubase so I'm still learning about all the bells and whistles.

I wrote this track with the vision of it being some kind of background music for a video game but it kind of took on a synth rock spin as I continued the work. I'd like to add a little bit more variation to the main lead melodies and perhaps make the transitions a bit smoother, but I feel pretty comfortable with the track as a first production.

Edit: Fixed the link, should work correctly now.
