Cheap poo poo is great but it was insane that a Chinese retailer could mail something to me for cheaper than a guy down the street could. I don’t mind mind paying actual costs for what I’m buying, but please let me be salty when a company complains about internet shopping killing them when all they’re doing is breaking up pallets from their Alibaba supplier.

Hey, no argument there. "gently caress Amazon" and "epacket was a bad deal for the US" can (and do, in my book) coexist. Also, the fact that Walmart, Target, Amazon, and increasingly ebay and etsy, et al are just middlemen for stuff THEY get from Alibaba is the reason I keep shopping on Aliexpress, as I mentioned earlier.

yeah it fogs up if you breath hard enough, but its not an enclosed face mask so it eventually just normalizes and goes back to being okay.

Some of those vendors may have official stores there, I'm not sure. Also the ultimate irony of it all is that the only site you can order from now that has a special deal with our postal service where you can pre pay the VAT and a lower import fee is, you guessed it, Wish! Which basically is the site that caused this "problem" to begin with. And Wish sucks rear end.

Any of you ever use Joom? I want some rice ball molds but I don't want to wait a whole month for them to arrive. Joom says shipping in 12 days. I mostly just want one of those six in one presses to make a fun platter for family. The online reviews for Joom are not positive.
