The sprite art is well animated but only for the sex. It's like watching an 80s anime that moves at 2 frames per second until someone gets their head blown off then it's a silky smooth frame by frame anatomically correct deconstruction.

I'm particularly fond of how the cat(?)girls' attack animation is just "extend arm and run at you."

Just ask the person next to you what they think of the hot new game on Steam. Then when they look up at you with that "Are you loving serious" look on their face, wiggle your eyebrows suggestively.

Incidentally, have any of these so called "breeding" games ever actually involved genetics or appearance changes or anything interesting with heredity (like Crusader Kings or Mendel)?

When I look at them, I'm always disappointed it's just some sim where the monster girls rape you or you date them or whatever and it's always the flimsiest of visual novels with really linear plots, never anything really interesting or moral quandaries either.

This made me think of a game where you use kawaii catgirls to breed back some kind of felinoid cat monster for fell purposes.

Depends on how you would categorize Far Cry 5, a Destiny 2 expansion, and Prey Mooncrash (the goat). But yes, very thin. Maybe Battlefield will have a campaign or something, Red Dead 2 is third person but not sure if the distinction matters in your friend's case.

They like single player shooters like COD and also games like Deus Ex. I told them the Prey expansion was really good.

TF2 has an awesome, though short, campaign.

It feels like it's short less because of being an afterthought and more because they ran out of fun gimmicks after a point so thats when the game ends

If you want to dip into last year, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is tremendous, though the shooting is less exciting than the big moments in the story (which are near constant).

I really liked Wolfenstein II but was it just me or did they make stealth no longer really viable? In The New Order I was able to stealth around and do a good chunk of the mission without raising the alarm before ending up in a gun fight while in II I end up tripping over some dude almost instantly and everyone's shooting at me. Maybe I'm just obscenely bad at the game but it seemed very much like it had a way it wanted me to play.

Would still recommend it though.

They made stealth a lot harder but it can be done on most maps - enemies path more and are more observant, but there's usually at least lone route around them. There are, however, a couple maps that you HAVE to gun everything down in and are always going to be big tough fights.

Dark_Swordmaster

Stealth was still viable but after playing Wolfenstein: The New Order literally the week before The New Colossus the sequel was impossibly disappointing. The combat was a lot more drawn out and languishing and the pacing was no longer perfect.

Communism will help more white people than anyone else. Any equal measures unfairly provide less to minority populations just because there's less of them. Democracy is truly the tyranny of the mob.

Yeah New collosus is fine but pales in comparison to New Order so badly. Just about everything is superior in New Order
